Joining the Brinks Home Direct Sales program offers a range of benefits designed to support your success and growth. You’ll have the opportunity to sell under the Brinks Home name, which is well-established in the security industry. The onboarding process is quick and straightforward, with online training courses and a mentorship program to get you up to speed. You’ll also have access to professional marketing assets and co-op funds to purchase Brinks Home merchandise. Additionally, the program provides fast and accurate funding, sales incentives, and performance recognition, making it a rewarding path for motivated sales professionals.
Once submitted for onboarding, representatives will complete a background check and receive an onboarding packet that includes their Brinks Home agreement. After both steps are successfully completed, representatives will receive access to online training materials. Final approval typically takes up to 48 hours. The entire process generally takes just a few days, assuming there are no further inquiries.
Our dedicated Sales Enablement team provides guidance through each step of the onboarding process, keeping representatives informed of their progress and offering support along the way. After approval, a Brinks Home specialist will set up a call to ensure the representative has access to essential tools and understands the applicable processes. They’ll review available online training courses and offer continued support as the representative starts selling with Brinks Home.
The commission and payout structure for Brinks Home Direct Sales is flexible and includes multiple options, which remain confidential. The funding timeline for all representatives is straightforward and consistent. Brinks Home issues payments once a week—sales installed between Sunday and Saturday are paid out the following Friday.
Installation is scheduled based on the customer’s availability and preferences at the point of sale. The assigned technician will manage the system installation, testing, and demonstration to ensure the customer is educated and confident. Following installation, client inquiries should be directed to the Brinks Home Customer Experience department, where customers can receive support via call, text, and chat.
Yes. Representatives have access to a variety of Brinks Home marketing materials available for order at no charge via our online store. If a representative has something specific in mind, our talented design team can assist with any custom requests. If a representative wishes to create their own sales and marketing collateral, the Brinks Home Brand Guidelines are available to ensure brand compliance.
